PAYMENT POLICY
Rates vary according to the season, holidays and peak periods.
We accept Visa, Master Card, bank transfer and cash.
40% Deposit is required at time of booking - this deposit will be taken from the credit card submitted with the booking unless otherwise arranged.
Balance is payable on ARRIVAL except during Peak Periods (Xmas/January and Easter) when full payment is required at least 7 days prior to ARRIVAL.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date will have deposit refunded less a $60.00 administration fee.
Bookings cancelled 30 to 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged the full amount of the booking.
There are no refunds for early departures
